Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Digital Maven, we strive to provide the best learning experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring cancellations or refunds.
Cancellation by Participant
- Program Enrollment: If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please notify us in writing at least 15 days before the program start date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellation by Digital Maven
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs if necessary. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to enroll in the rescheduled program.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the cancellation request and will be made through the original mode of payment.
Non-Refundable Fees
