Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Digital Maven, we are committed to delivering a structured and high-quality learning experience. By enrolling in any of our programs, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds.
No Cancellation Policy
Once a participant has enrolled in any program offered by Digital Maven and the payment has been successfully made, the enrollment shall be considered final. Cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances after enrollment.
No Refund Policy
All fees paid towards any Digital Maven program are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, whether full or partial, will be provided for any reason including, but not limited to:
• Change of mind after enrollment
• Personal reasons or schedule conflicts
• Failure to attend classes or sessions
• Dissatisfaction after commencement of the program
• Incomplete participation in the program
• Any other unforeseen circumstances from the participant’s end
Program Changes by Digital Maven
Digital Maven reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or update program schedules, course structure, trainers, or delivery methods if necessary. Such changes shall not be considered grounds for cancellation or refund requests.
Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any Digital Maven program and completing the payment process, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
